We aim to create wardrobes that will remain INTACT. While we’ll gladly accept any faulty or damaged items, we do not offer refunds or returns for items purchased on sale.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your INTACT purchase and will gladly accept returns on all full price items within 7 days of receipt for your choice of a refund or store credit.

Domestic orders returned will incur a $13 return fee deducted from your refund, which covers your return shipping & processing costs.

How to return:

Please coordinate please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following: 

  • Order number
  • Product purchased
  • Reason for return

Once reviewed by our team, you will receive a label to return your item. Refunds and store credit will be issued once the item has been received.

For us to accept your return, the item must be:

  • INTACT, complete with original packaging
  • Unworn with tags attached 
  • Free from any dirt, makeup, tan or perfume residue
  • Unwashed and not have present any snags, catches, tears or pulls
  • Lodged within 7 days of receiving items and returned within 14 days.

NOTE: Items purchased using After-Pay are eligible for store-credit only.

EXCHANGES

We understand sizing is subjective and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

Please know all shipping fees and charges are the responsibility of the individual. To ensure all items arrive INTACT we encourage you to send these via registered post. We do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or missing.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    If you find your garment isn't INTACT please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email along with your order number and images of the item in question and we will be in touch.
