We aim to create wardrobes that will remain INTACT. While we’ll gladly accept any faulty or damaged items, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. Read our returns & exchanges policy to find out more.  

Any redelivery due to incorrect address will require additional shipping payment.

When will I receive my order? 

Orders are typically ready to ship within 2-3 business days via Australia Post. Once shipped, you will be notified by email with your order tracking details. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we currently ship within Australia to NZ, US and the UK. International charges, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the individual.

What size should I buy?

Refer to the INTACT size guide and notes on the individual product page before making your purchase. If you’re unsure of your size or would like assistance, contact us and we’d be happy to help.

100% Australian Merino wool is the foundation of the INTACT brand. We’ve created a clothing range of timeless staples using a fibre that is designed to do exactly what the brand stands for, remain intact.  

The versatile fibre was a natural choice for the INTACT clothing range, it's innovative and high performing, and offers endless applications in the world of fashion. Wool is naturally soft, wrinkle free, breathable, odour and stain resistant. 

We especially love wool because of the feel good factor. Wool clothing can be worn all year round, it will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer, and once you’re done with your INTACT garment, it can be returned to nature as it’s 100% biodegradable.

Where does INTACT source their wool from?

INTACT uses 100% Australian Merino wool certified by Woolmark.

How do you wash merino wool?

The great thing about wool garments is that they are odour and stain resistant, so you can wear more and wash less. 

When you do wash your INTACT garment, familiarise yourself with the label. We recommend hand wash with cold water and a wool detergent to ensure your clothes remain intact and lay flat to dry in the shade.
